Rainwater harvesting units collect water from rainfall and convert it into clean and usable water for your property. Rainwater falling on the roof flows along gutters, down pipes and into the tank via an integrated filter which removes unwanted particles from the rainwater.
The rainwater is triple filtered to ensure the water to be used is perfectly clean. This pure and soft water is much better suited for garden irrigation and laundry.
In domestic applications, it is generally accepted that mains water usage can be reduced by around 50% by utilising rainwater harvesting systems but in many commercial applications, this will be far higher and often over 80%.
Eco Incentive offer these packaged solutions for smaller systems and can also provide specific systems for larger applications which will be sized and designed to suit your particular needs.
There are various system types in the range to suit all applications from basic garden irrigation right through to fully automatic systems to provide all your non-potable water needs.
For best value, we can supply a complete kit of parts or a fully assembled system to meet your exact requirements. By conducting a survey and analysing the water requirements of your property, we are able to advise you on what size system would cater for your demand and run most efficiently for you.
As droughts loom again for most of England this year, rainwater harvesting systems ensures an independent water supply during water restrictions to ease your worries.
The running costs of rainwater systems are very low as they are extremely reliable. The tanks are built to be robust and store heavy water loads, therefore they rarely require any maintenance. In addition, the UK climate usually provides us with plenty of rainwater which a rainwater harvesting system can store and use when needed.
Rainwater harvesting systems also reduce the likelihood of flooding at your property, RWH systems reduce surface water by around 60% per property.
